Invigorate and Relieve
Packer's Pine’s natural piney scent will leave you feeling fresh and clean all day long. And with no drying agents, fragrances, and harmful chemicals, the bar moisturizes your skin leaving it soft to the touch.
Our Pine Tar Soap has also been helping millions of customers naturally relieve dry, itchy skin and skin issues such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis.
Pine Tar is known to be a natural insect repellent which is why we recommend using Packer's Pine products everyday, especially when enjoying the great outdoors. The natural pine tar and pine oil properties of the soap repel mosquitoes, ticks, chiggers, and other pests.
I have dealt with eczema on my hands for 6 years that comes and goes (a form of eczema that produces tiny blisters on the palms and fingertips and itches terribly), and because hands touch everything I've also had many secondary problems (bacterial and fungal). My hands flared up about two months ago and the rash only spread and refused to heal, I was fed up with taking antibiotics, and the sulfur soap that I've had some success with didn't seem to be helping anymore. I ordered Packer's soap on a whim from Vermont Country Store with another item. One week of using pine tar soap exclusively when I wash my hands and the rash (which covered half my hand) is 95% better, no itch, no open skin, no new blisters. What?? It's beyond a miracle. When a chronic issue responds THAT quickly, you don't ask questions. I've also been using it from head to toe in the shower just because I like the smoky scent (I'm a 30 y.o. woman), although the rest of my skin is healthy. Why isn't this soap in every dermatologist's office???
I’ve been using this on my face for 30 days now. At first I was a little leery because I broke out some on my forehead & 1 side of my face. I kept using it, thinking that the breakouts was probably due to me getting used to the product & the product actually working getting the impurities out. I love ❤️ it! Will continue to purchase but I’ll switch from 3 to 6 month auto ship since I’ll be using it on my face only & it last a long time. A tip for anyone who wants to make the product last longer if only using on your face: Wet your face, take the soap & circle around your face a 2 or 3 times, then lather up your face with your hands. Then you can use a sloughing pad to deep cleanse the face if you choose. (Don’t lather the soap up with a washcloth. Too much waste)
I have not received my soap yet!
I've a few other brands of pine tar soap and so far Packer's beats them all. You can tell by the scent there's a lot of pine tar in it. It lathers well and does a great job cleaning. I've used other pine tar bars for my hair and it always left it too dry; that tells me there was other other cleaners in the bar. Packers does a great job cleaning my hair too yet leaves a lot of the natural oils in place making my hair very manageable. I had a minor issue with my order and Packers promptly replied and went above and beyond resolving the issue. Excellent cusstomer service is just as important as the product. Very satisfied. I'll be re-ordering from them again.
I tried Paker's because my dad swore by it. What I have noted is that insects don't bother me any more. No more mosquito bites or flea bites (when our cats bring in a new batch). I think it has also improved my mild eczema. Well played, Packer's!
